The façade features a distinctive mix of light-toned stone cladding and rich charcoal wood accents, complemented by steep gable rooflines and a standing seam metal canopy over the garage and entry. Tall, symmetrical floor-to-ceiling windows enhance verticality and bring abundant natural light into the home, while maintaining visual balance and rhythm across the front elevation. A dark-toned front door and defined portico establish a clear and welcoming entry sequence, while the landscaping—framed by built-in planters—softens the base of the structure and ties it into the surrounding streetscape.
