Modern Scandinavian rear addition & Natural Modern front façade refresh for Project Durie, a major renovation in Bloor West Village.

This design features new black siding, raised seam metal roof, black porch posts & beam, larger windows on the second floor and wood soffits for a fresh modernized feel. The front design keeps the traditional form of the original home to preserve the integrity of the classic Bloor West house and character of the surrounding streetscape, while the new rear addition is completely transformed for a modern contrast.
