Project Delaware is a transitional city home that thoughtfully balances tradition with modern refinement.

The front facade draws on classic architectural forms, featuring heritage brickwork that pays homage to the character of the surrounding neighborhood. Modern detailing, such as the raised seam metal roof and square dormers, adds a contemporary edge while maintaining a respectful dialogue with the home’s context. A symmetrical window layout and a streamlined modern garage door contribute to the clean, composed street presence. Built-in planters integrated into the design help anchor the home within its lush, tree-lined streetscape, reinforcing its connection to the natural surroundings. At the rear, the architecture takes a more contemporary turn. The brick motif continues, providing material continuity, while expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors open the interior to the outdoors. The rear elevation is defined by a flat roof detail clad in ACM panels, wood slats, and metal roofing—creating a layered, textural composition that enhances both visual interest and functionality.
